We’re famous for our steaks because we serve only Top-Choice, Midwestern corn-fed beef, custom-cut by our own meat cutters to assure perfection in charbroiling. All of our steaks are carefully aged to ensure Cask ‘n Cleaver Steakhouse standards of flavor and tenderness.

RARE: Bright red and warm on the inside.

MEDIUM RARE:

Red. Some pink around the edges.
MEDIUM: Mostly pink.
MEDIUM WELL: Some pink. Mostly brown.
WELL DONE: Brown throughout.
